We want you to love every Moodnest product—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or personalized items 

• Items marked as final sale

• Used or burned candles

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please contact us with clear photos of the issue within 5 days of delivery.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
