Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Non-returnable items:

Used or burned candles
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please contact us with clear photos of the issue within 5 days of delivery.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
